Last Hoop Completed. Let's Do It!

I had my psych eval today.  The last of the insurance requirements.  Everything they required has gotten a green light.  Now I wait with baited breath for the final approval to come through.
Actually, we're proceeding with the pre-op preparation assuming the approval will be there.  I see the dietitian on Thursday to start the process.  I had really hoped to have at least 10 pounds off by then but truly I am struggling just to not show a gain.  If anything I'll be within a pound or 2 but it wasn't my ideal.  Too many steaks I guess!  Gonna miss my beef!
I'm just so ready to start this journey.  I have my head in the right place.  I've got my work schedule arranged with a back up plan in case I'm not ready to go back when I'm scheduled to.  I have the money saved to cover my medical leave.  Let's do it!
