laproscopic appendectomy

I am still coming to terms with this, but my appendix did rupture last month.  My life did nearly end, but it did not and I am still here.  I did have a procedure that I knew very little about called laparoscopic, it left three small holes near my belly button.  I did tell the doctor, thank you for my life.
