Lanced the Boil of Grief.

It feels like I have lanced the boil of grief that was immobilizing me and keeping me in a frozen state.
Quite by chance I was invited to go to a Women's Group and found myself in a circle of women healers. Mirabella led the meditation that involved walking through a doorway into the heart and that shifted something. I actually saw my parents and husband when I entered.
Then when it was my turn to introduce myself I fell apart and babbled seemingly incoherently. The thing is that I clearly was not incoherent because the women understood and were compassionate towards me. I triggered things for some of them.
The upshot of all of this is that I am feeling a bit better and am thinking of going back and starting where I began fourteen years ago. In 1994 I began running a Writing For Well Being in the community arm of a big private school here. That led to me creating a cyber community which I worked for ten years.
If anyone is interested in doing some activities in their journals here I would be delighted.
For example, I saw a small article which prompted one idea. Take your current age and multiply by 365. Deduct the total from 30,0000, which is the average span. This leaves you with a tally of the days you might expect to have. Stock take and consider what you have done with your days, what you want to do with the days left; what you do not want to do. Personally I am resolved that I cannot live in a state of grief, or like one of the White Witches statues for the next twenty one thousand days.
Journal and share if you feel so inclined.
