Labor Day up date
It has been 12 weeks and my pain level is 9.8 at the end of the day. Tears come to my eyes very easy. Doctor said he didn't know what to do, then he said come back in 12 weeks of if something happens than come back. My Pain Group will not increase my pain medicine unless I talked to the Doctor and I have to wait 4 weeks to get a appointment with him. I had tears running down my face just thinking about waiting until then
I have been hurting for 8 weeks really bad. On a scale from 1 to 10 I would say about 9.8. I would say that is is only about 8 hours a day. But I am happy it could be 24 hours a day. The rest of the time I am at a 7. The bad thing it is really wearing me down. I cry to easy now I guess because I am so close to just crying all the time. Things will get better. They have to because we are adopting our 2 year old great grand daughter. I am 67 so I have to stay around for a long time.

Oh, Ed. I am so sorry to hear of your circumstances. How can you bear such pain? Are you on pain medicine? Do you have a pain management doctor? Why are you left in such a condition?

Heather I do go to a pain management and I am on Morphine. I have hurt for so many years that I just though that no one could help and I am still not sure anyone can. I just though that I have to just put up with it. Yesterday I just got changed to oxymorphine, I hope the change will help.
Ed I think it is wonderful that you will have a little one around. I am sorry your pain is at such a high level. Hope the new med helps the pain. Why did you have a muscle biopsy? Is it for the polymyalgia rheumatica? I know this disease because i was sort of tested. Just had sed rate done. My doctor thinks no.
test to find out for sure what it is, He knows it is connected to my nerves and their is many problems that are connected to them
