Labor Day....

WE went to Wally World... then I went to GW and to the Dollar Store. I bought only one thing at GW... a very pretty flowy very colorful pull over for summer. It's darling. I can wear it a few more times b4 it gets too cold.

I also got a Beatles Tshirt that says Abbey Road on it w/the 4 Beetles walking across the road. Very cute. ... At WW.... that means I have to move 2 to 4 things OUT of the minimalist closet... LoL... but that won't be hard.

I have things in there still that i do not wear. 

Fun day. I made an apple dump cake w/ cinnamon and made biscuits and gravy this morning. I also got out the ole pressure cooker... I have had it for 9 years and really have never tried to use it much. I actually baked potatoes in it. And hubby made the topping to go on it / hamburger w/ corn n kidney beans and chilies. It was very good. A good lunch. 

I shld really get it out much more often. I need to learn how to use it. It is very light weight and really isn't hard. ... I have always been afraid of them but that's ridiculous really. So many ppl talk about their InstaPots but I have a crock and a very nice pressure cooker. I shld just USE IT. Especially for chicken ... or beef stroganoff n stuff like that.

Have 3 classes tomorrow. And a very good friend's BD. We are going to meet at TB.... But I want to bring hats n things for her on our day at TOPS. She's a very fun friend. I've really enjoyed her. She started TOPS at the same time I did.
