Second generation of FNTD reader with improved image quality and 30 times faster scanning was developed. Another closely related field of study I am engaged in is problems specific to English usage in the presentation, both written and oral, of medical research. This work is being pursued in collaboration with other members of the Japan Society for Medical English Education. Institutes and Hospitals work together closely to establish a system for developing advanced medical treatments, including clinical studies on muscular diseases. With an eye to the future, we offer rehabilitation appropriate for the stage of disease. Patients with insufficient expectoration of sputum and other respiratory disorder symptoms may receive pulmonary rehabilitation and home mechanical ventilation. We conduct a consultation aimed at devising a support system for achieving better home care.

We are ready to start a multicenter prospective study using an advanced medical treatment system supported by the Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development to evaluate the diagnostic yield of pCLE for gastric neoplasms from December 2019. It is a wrist worn watch-type of dosimeter suitable for photon and neutron dose measurements. Data transfer is achieved via Near Field Communication or Bluetooth Low Energy communication to a smart device . The next technological breakthrough in tools for radiation protection, medical dosimetry and radiobiology research was achieved with Fluorescent Nuclear Track detectors that have some important advantages in measuring neutrons, high energy heavy charge particles and even electrons and photons.
We discuss recent knowledge about the cycles of atmospheric greenhouse gases and short-lived climate forcers, relevant to the Arctic change, from original studies and assessment reports . Presentations on human-related or natural substances, Earth’s sub-system interactions , socio-economic information, and technological development are welcomed. A proton pencil-beam scanning and passive double scattering systems at the proton therapy centres at Massachusetts General Hospital , USA and University Medical Center Groningen , Netherlands have been characterised using 3D silicon microdosimeter. Recently measured dose mean lineal energy values (y–D) ̅at UMCG were compared to LETd values calculated for delivered plan by Raystation (v5.99) treatment planning system in a head and neck anthropomorphic phantom and the relative biological effectiveness of the beam are presented.
