Knee Feels Better
Today my knee felt better, but I didn't go to work. I kept freaking out, and I was scared of having another freak out at work. I had a small one yesterday.. I don't know if I mentioned it or not. So I slept for most of the day. I don't like the daytime anymore, I want to be a night person. I sometimes get like this. But I have to go to the clinic tomorrow... I need to walk in to see the doctor and get my meds. I'm almost out of meds, so I have to go get more. I hope I get to see Dr. Miller. I need to be careful with my money this month, I have a lot of expenses. I need to get my Depo shot, and that's $75. I need to see Dr. Miller, and that's $58. I need my meds, and that's about $60. That takes almost all of my spare money. At least in a week I will know how bad the damage is. Last month I had about $65 to spare, so I have that to fall back on. I tried to save money for my sisters graduation, but I just can't afford it. I want to be there for her, but it's just too much.
Mood today was okay again. I slept for much of the day, and wanted more sleep. I'm not sleepy now, but I know I will be again when it's time for me to go to bed. Food today wasn't that good... I'm over 1,100 calories, but I'm supposed to be eating at least 1,400. I even treated myself to some chocolate milk. I had leftover rice for breakfast and slept through lunch. I know that's my problem, that I'm sleeping through meals, at least right now I am. I might try and go into work tomorrow, but I doubt I will. I will try and get my walk in if my knee is feeling fully better. It's pretty good right now, but I don't want to stress it if I don't have to. I weighed in today, and I'm at 218.0 now. I know I'm supposed to eat more, but it's so hard when I'm losing weight this fast. It makes me not want to eat. -sigh- I guess ED never goes away, it just lies in wait for a time when it can come kick my butt.

Thats great your knee is feeling better just becareful not to over do things and stress it again. I wish meds wasnt so expensive. Is there any place you could get them cheaper? Like Depo maybe like a place like planned parenthood?
Dont know if you have that there but might be cheaper. For pills would walmart be cheaper i heard that have some drug list that is way cheaper on prescription meds... i dont know much about it but just throwing ideas out there. Im sure youve probly checked all the options out for saving money on meds you are so good at budgeting money. I can relate to the skipping meal thing thats why my calories are so low too i just cant seem to be hungry in the morning then that leads to me not even thinking about having anything till late and no way to make up a bunch of calories when ED has so much control of everything in my life. Eating to me seems like this huge amount of work and it makes me just not want to either but i have to start doing better. Hope you can get back on track and kick ED out of your life :)
I am sure your sister will understand if you can not go to her graduation if you explain.
Just a thought on your wanting to become a night person but have to live in the daytime world. Maybe if you tried keeping a time schedule for a couple of weeks to get a routine established. Set a get out of bed time, exercise times, work time, nap time (when needed) and meal times. Just a thought.
How sad that you have to struggle so much financially just to get the medical help you need.
Please try your best to eat your minimum cals. You really need them to function and if you eat less the weight loss will just be temporary and slow your metabolism down. I\'m glad your knee is better.
