Kite Festival
HI Gang,
I went to a Kite Festival yesterday at the National Mall in DC, it's part of the Cherry Blossom Festival. I took some photos I'd like to share. the tree that is blooming is NOT at the Tidal Basin, it's near the Washington Monument.

The cherry blossoms are incredible :) Holly and her family have went to see the cherry blossoms too years ago :)
