Kitchen update

Kitchen is coming along......Down to (or up to, depending on how you look at it) counter tops and flooring......Finally..
The knobs are on the doors

The wall and cabinets have been draped
       
Even the ceiling fan.....I am a some what messy painter I even bumped my head while painting and turned my grey hair white ( Really white.....High gloss shiny white)

 But got it done!!!!!!
The stove has finally come.  Dennis and I went down to Sears and it was placed on my pick-um-up truck and we got it home.  A little bit of comic relief later we got it into the back yard.  The next day we got it into the house hooked up and in place.
    Now the sad part of this is Dennis has cooked on MY new stove, our Granddaughter, Cassie, has cooked on MY new stove but I have not yet cooked on MY new stove.
Then the Island found it's way into place I so love it. And has been inspected by a member of the CCC(Cat Construction Crew)
       And deemed well done.  How ever all that construction work has made our member of the CCC extremely tired and Chauncy needed a nap.

Countertop has been ordered and should be in next week or the week after. I will then finish removing the dining room flooring. Then we will go look at tile for the floor.
