Kitchen Cleaning? Is there a Market? Hi I am 18 years old and I currently work for a restaurant in my local area and every week me and my friend(another employee) do a deeper clean of the kitchen then are general everyday clean. We clean the extraction system, the friers, ovens, fridges and all general surfaces and corners. Our employer thinks we could start our own kitchen cleaning company just using the restaurants in our local area as there is quite a few. My friend and I think that it would be a brilliant idea just like our employer but is there a market place for this work?
