Kit
His name is "Kit". He is a one year old, black and white long hair Chihuahua mix. Just a little guy, he might weigh 5 or 6 pounds although the shelter puts him at closer to 10. I adopted him this morning. He will never replace Foxy and I doubt I will love him as much as I did her, but the weekend was so quiet and empty that I had to do something. Its been quite a time these last few hours as we get to know each other. The biggest thing about this little guy(he's about a foot tall) is he is very fast. I found this out twice this afternoon as he got loose and covered the block in record time. He's a jumper in that as short as he is, he's able to get in my lap in the recliner and get on the couch by himself. And he craves attention. He's made quite a few trips to my lap this afternoon and pesters me when I'm on the computer. I'll give him all the attention he can handle, I hope. I just hope he wears out in time for bed. He won't replace Foxy. No dog or any other animal can. She will always be in my heart.
