They offer community-based and residential treatment and services for adults and adolescents with addictions. Centerstone’s Mental Health Outreach Team is a grant-funded program comprised of three case managers who conduct outreach to people living on the streets and in shelters.
UpSing Psychiatry's telepsych services will serve as a medium to provide outreach to rural and remote areas, as well as others, that are underserved. They will be able to set limits and work with patients in a goal-directed way, and collaborate well not only with patients but with other staff. The design of the clinic will promote an enjoyable experience for the staff.
