Kenmore 500 series washer won't drain

I took the pump off and nothing is lodged but it spins. The washer will agitate and put fresh water in but if I cancel the cycle, it switches to drain any water and it clicks real loud then buzzes or hums and the washer has a slight vibration especially at the pump just wanna be sure this is the symptoms of a bad pump and not a calibration or sensor issue.
