Ken's Pain. My Pain

Thanks for all who responded..the feet X Rays showed a little changes in the right foot. Nothing in the left. And what everyone said I totally agree.  I go to see the Foot dr Thursday.  I was taken a muscle relaxant at night but stopped as guess what can  cause numb feet. Pain, needles and pins but still have it.. I am take neurotin now and YES IF YOU HAVE THE NERVE PAIN THERE IS HEL WITH MEDS. Ask the doctor..surprised the dr has not suggested it   It helps my sister a lot. LYRICA is one of the newer ones and is very good but it seems weight gain of around 20 pounds happens.
i think how many times as I saw Ken in so much Pain as his mom I would pray I would take his pain  I would if it would help him...it seems that I am experiencing a lot of the pains he had  I know my pain is nothing to compare to what he went through..
Maybe I will find answers  I so agree that our bodies break down from the stress and what more stress could there be than losing a child.Thank you all for your responses
love to all, Sandi

You are a very brave lady, Sandi! I pray that the pain will get a little less everyday, and that the Lord will bless you with His grace.

Sandi, I have buzzing or vibrations in my feet and legs. I also visibly shake at times. Stress does terrible things to us! I am finding some peace lately and I hope you can too, soon!
Love and prayers for you,
Leda

Yes, stress is such a hard thing on our minds, bodies and spirits. Hoping that can find those pauses and respites in the midst as they are vital for us.

Healing hugs and so much understanding dear Sandi. Always our hearts are with our children as yours is with Ken.

I\'ve been using Lyrica for a few years now. And yes, I did gain about 40 lbs. However, for me it\'s worth it. The neuropathic pains in my feet were driving me crazy! Now I am sleepier, but so grateful not to have sore feet.
