a cool, healthy, and sunny week, and looking forward to some more good, positive days coming up :) Hi angel friends, Happy thursday! :) blueberry iced coffee cheers! :) it's a day of nature, garden tending, and looking forward to more spring season joys :) it's been a really good, healthy, positive and insightful week for me, as i continue to make healing progress :) adapting to new schedules, routines, and treating myself well :) i've really grown, and have found, that i really am a strong person :) You all always remind me, that i'm doing so well, and have so much to look forward too, and enjoy each day :) having spirited days, really is so comforting, and uplifting :) i'm feeling very blessed, and thankful :) it was a neat super wednesday yesterday, and today, enjoying some golden spring sunshine, and garden nature :) our greenhouse is filled with lots of sprouts, and it's so nice to see, all of these great new sprouts, that will be transplanted into our gardens soon :) my dad and i have been discussing gardening, and are looking forward to going garden shopping on sunday, and putting some good hard work into getting the rest of our yard, and gardens ready, for our upcoming big gardening weekend during memorial day holiday weekend :) taking things, one day at a time, is so helpful, and i'm feeling more balanced, relaxed, and i feel like i'm getting more stronger each day :) CHEERS!!! to family, friends, the beautiful blossoming of spring time nature, and all that we have to look forward to sharing :) Tomorrow's baking friday! :) we're having a ninja turtles theme for the triplets and Mikey :) calling all cookie monsters! :) it's almost time to bake! bake! bake! :)
Hi angel friends! :) We hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying a nice thursday :) The spring sun was rising up early this morning, and i spotted our dogwood tree glowing, and some birds visiting our front yard :) i hear that cute little rascal red cardinal singing :) i hope to spot him soon, so i can take a nice picture of the cardinal :) it's a nice sunny, and cool day in the low 70's :) it's comfortable weather :) it's the spirit of spring season all around now, and it's so nice, to see and discover, all of the beautiful joys, of this special time of the year :) our azalea bush blossoming, and our lilac bushes in full bloom :) it's a wave of spring time glory, shining at it's most beautiful best :) i love it very much, and it's so inviting :) i've been putting some good time into tending our plants :) i love showing my mom and dad our greenhouse sprouts :)
We've got lots of great sprouts in the greenhouse :) the pumpkin sprouts are growing so much, they will be ready to be transplanted into the garden soon :) my mom, dad, and i want to go to the agway store, on sunday :) it's a nature supplies store, they got so many nice items there :) We want to check the prices on their tomato and pepper plants :) We'll be stocking up on a bit on some items there, like dried corn, peanuts, and bird seeds :) it's gonna be really nice :) We'll be putting a good day into the gardening on sunday :) i want to get the rest of our garden areas ready, for some planting :) i want to plant our new pink flowers seeds, and also nasturium dwarf jewel flowers, and some sunflowers, in our bird feeders/gardening area :) we hope to find some new mini white fencing, for our front yard garden :) The season feels so fresh, and inviting :) in the early morning, i love to put my fan on here in my window, and it's just so nice, and refreshing :) i've been decorating around my window too, for spring season :) i put my bird decoratives, and also sunflower cards :) it's looking awesome, and i love it a lot :)
It's been a spirited week :) yesterday, it was so cool to hear, about my sister Lisa having a big win, at the casino :) She won $333 on the penny slots! wow! :) She was so happy to share with us too :) During the evening, she went over to KFC restaurant, and got some chicken for Kayla, and bought us all some biscuits too :) We also had some pasta my mom made, and some nice salsa chicken tortilla wraps :) it was a really good dinner :) it was so nice, hanging out yesterday during the evening :) we were all gathered in our living room, talking :) We want to go to the casino this saturday, for the preakness horse race, and maybe to play the slots a bit :) there's only 8 horses running in the preakness this year :) i may play some exacta bets, and a couple place bets on the race :) maybe i could have a little luck too playing the slots :) it'll be nice :)
i've been keeping active, and busy with my days :) Enjoying some nice time with famly, and friends :) i've had some nice texts, and phone calls this week :) today our dear friend Kirsten (Agirlonlifesroad) and i had a good talk on the phone :) This has been a really good, balanced week, with my healthy eating, exercising, building up my arm strength for the garden season, lifting weights, and also, keeping focused on positives :) it's helped me a lot :) i can't even begin to describe, how comforting it is, to have some good talks with my mom, friends, writing, sharing my days :) it's kept me moving forward, each and every day :) i'm finding balance, in simple joys :) like this morning, Lisa and Alyssa went over to get some treats, and picked up a blueberry iced coffee for me :) it's really nice, and sweet of them :) i've also been enjoying my movie nights :) i haven't watched much tv, the news, and weather channel, but for now, i'm really happy to be watching movies :) before we go to the casino on saturday, i think we'll go over to walmart :) i'd like to look at the movies there, i may buy a few more, and i want to buy some garden seeds too :) i have a nice gift card still, from march :) it's gonna be nice to shop :) i recieved a very special, and heart-felt gift in the mail, that i would like to take this time, to share about :)
Happy friendship smiles, and cheers!!! to healing freedom journey, from Brasil! :) awww! :) this is so nice, sweet, and heart-felt :) our dear, and lovely friends Carol (Zaac1986), her lovely mom, and their family sent me, a very special gift. :) they wanted to send me something, to help me with my continued healing, and moving forward each day :) Carol, her mom, and family sent me, a beautiful coloring book, featuring amazing and spectacular artwork, that can be colored :) this is so nice, and a sweet joy :) it's called "Floesta Encantada" :) i was looking at the coloring book, pages, there's incredible artwork :) i would love to color these nice pages, and i even saw one in there, for halloween time! :) wow! :) This is so awesome!!! :) i thanked Carol, her mom, and family :) Carol mentioned, she too, bought one for herself to have to color too :) We're so blessed, and thankful, for your wonderfully special friendships :) We feel the love, spirit, and energy, each and every day :) it will be so nice, soothing, and relaxing to color these picture pages, and will display them here in my computer room :) this is so nice, and generous of Carol, and her family :) today, i took some pictures of the coloring book, and pages :) Carol, family, thank you all so very much, for this very special gift, and heart-felt treasure :) i deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of my heart :) cheers! to liberdade (freedom) journey :) sending lots and lots of love, and happy friendship smiles across the miles, from our hearts, and home to yours :)
This week, and even in recent weeks, i've been getting back to my roots, stability of comforting support, and healing energy :) from family, friends, nature, and gardening :) it's surrounding my heart, and spirit with such a beautifully uplifting love, care, guidance, and encouragement, that is helping me blossom more and more, into each day :) i've been feeling more now, the spirit of the nature outside :) from golden beams of sunshine, to the welcoming of the sounds of the birds, into my heart, to the planting of new seeds in our garden :) it's soothing, and healing :) i've been discovering, how strong i am, even when things were extremely suddenly rough, 7 weeks ago, i felt like i wasn't strong, but you all, have helped me to discover, how strong i am, and how far i have come, into my healing journey, over the years, and in recent times :) i know it's a day to day thing, and some days will be easier than others. i want to continue work on my goals, my healing, my dreams, and even starting new dreams and goals too :) i want to share all about it, with everyone here in my journals, each and every day :) i'm truly blessed, and thankful, and it's wonderful how we all have DS in our lives, to connect, share, help eachother :) it's truly a lifeline for many of us :) CHEERS!!! to us all, for how strong we all are, and for how far we all have come, making progress each day :)
We're enjoying a nice thursday :) my family and i are doing well :) i've been enjoying some nature walks today, and also tended our plants :) looking forward to more gardening adventures in the upcoming days, and weeks, leading us into the countdown to summer season :) today for lunch, i enjoyed some nice cabbage and vegetable soup, and i also had some coleslaw :) lunch was delicious! :) i've been spending some time with my mom and dad today, i also spending some time here on ds :) tomorrow is baking friday :) W'ere going to have a cool, ninja turtles themed baking friday adventure, for the triplets, and Mikey :) they are big fans of the ninja turtles :) i believe Jenn and Mikey will be coming over for baking friday, since Jenn's work scheduled changed a bit :) we look forward to sharing our baking friday adventure with everyone :) i'm feeling really strong, and positive about things :) Thank you angel friends, so very much, for all that you do for us :) We deeply appreciate everything, with all of the love of our hearts :) BIG GROUP SUNFLOWER HUG :) tonight, i'm going to treat myself to a movie night :) There's many more great things to look forward too with family, friends, and nature :)
