Keeping A Positive Atitude

I tell everyone who has problems or having a tough time, "It's all about your atitude that makes the difference." It's time I started taking my own advice. I feel defeated with treating my disease so why try to fight it? It doesn't make a difference what I do, it's so overwhelming. That is what I tell myself so I don't even try but then I realize by not even trying the disease is getting worse and I'm getting sicker. I have read on many forums that it can't be cured but it can be placed under control and minimized to a degree you can live a relatively normal life. It's a process and a slow one and my addictive brain wants instant change. That's not going to happen and I have to accept that. I have a lot of battles to fight and even one small victory will help in fighting this disease.
