keep your fingers crossed

oh boy, here we go again.  To give a little history, my husband was diagnosed with cancer (lymphoma) in Oct 2013.  He started chemo in December.  After two chemo treatments he went to the hospital because the chemo gave him ulcer.  That was January.  This was the first time he was technically “died”.  He lost 6 units of blood from the ulcer.
 
That was an easy fix.   A week in the hospital and ulcer cured, but he couldn’t start chemo again until his stomach healed.  So the next chemo treatment was March. Every thing fine until…
 
In April I came home found him on the floor not breathing and technically dead.  Called 911.  Then he died again to the hospital.   This time he was in hospital for 83 days.  He had  pneumonia.   He had to learn to breath on his own, eat on his own, talk again, and is learning to walk again.  He was release from hospital in June.  In the meantime the cancer keeps growing.
 
The cancer is growing so fast in his body that its forming baseball size tumors you can feel under his skin.  If he doesn’t get chemo he will die, if he gets chemo he becomes very sick.  He has now had 2 treatments since he came home in June.  He is very ill today.  these ups and downs are very hard.  keep your fingers crossed and say a little prayer.
