Just want to scream!!!

Feel dreadful today the pain is so constant.Woke up didnt feel too bad but as the day has gone on its got worse.Just want to scream!! I know i have been flaring for the past week but when will it ever end,thats the question i keep asking myself!!
I dont like to feel sorry for myself and normally i keep positive but im really struggling maybe im just having a bad day.
I keep shouting at my partner and the kids i just have no patience whats so ever just want to be on my own.
RA sucks lets hope tommorow will be a better day!!
