Just the Latest

Well, the dog's fleas are still there even after two baths & much spraying. Need to call the vet today; I suspect he may need a flea dip. Poor thing!
Good news: my daughter's Algebra test was graded on the curve: results were based on what she did answer, so she gets to keep the class. Much relief. The school had open house this past Tuesday & I have to say: still not impressed with the Algebra teacher. The rest of her teachers seem decent, though.
Went out with my friend again last night, primarily to "catch up" on the women's bible study I'll be doing on Tuesdays (couldn't got to the 1st 1 because of the open house). We had a good time & a very good talk afterward about our own personal growth.
Bad confrontation between H & S on Tuesday. Neither of them know when to step back, let go, or walk away when they're escalating each other. My son is "somewhat" receptive to listening to me about it, but I can see his heart getting harder. Not good. At this point, all I can see to do is gently & kindly influence & keep me & my daughter & the dog safe when the storms erupt.
Yesterday was our 21st anniversary. We'll be celebrating this weekend. Probably going out to dinner.
