Just smile anyway

I've been having terrible vertigo and weakness lately. I had a ct scan for abdominal pain and they found one 2mm kidney stone in one kidney and a 3mm in the other. I'm suppose to get another x-ray to see if they can pass on their own. I battle Fibro, IBS and RA everyday I didn't need this too.
