Just say "no"

It's almost 5 pm on my day off.........................I want to go to the casino.  I'm cooking dinner for my family just like I always do and after dinner my husband and I usually go.  Tonight I so hope he doesn't ask me to go.  Please let me make it thru the next couple of hours. 
 
I made it...............I said No :) Now if I can quit eating everything in the house ;(
