JUST RAMBLING ON, IT'S THAT WHICH DO BEST.
Hi Journal,
Ramble, ramble, ramble.
Parkinson's Progression seems to be the topic of the day.
There is also something else that stands out clearly,
this being a reluctance to trust and to consult,
on a regular basis the treating specialist.
This is at odds with my own position and view.
As it is, I trust my treating neurologist and,
I have complete faith and confidence in him.
I see him on a regular six month basis,
complying to the tee, to his medication instructions, in dosage and type.
Being of a positive nature and outlook, I am no different to the rest of my peers,
in hoping for a cure in the near future.
So with no sign of a cure the empathizes now from/by the leaders in this field,
is to slow and delay the progression.
I am in complete agreement with this train of thought.
With the right kind of activity and exercise, both for mind and body,
I think, feel and believe that with this, together with a positive attitude,
a delay in the progression can be achieved.
It works for me, I am prepared to do the hard work to,
MAINTAIN A WINNING POSITION.
Contrary to belief and hope, there are no easy fixes.
I set myself no limitations, Parkinson's will do that for you,
yet only if you let it.
Yes I have my days when I might struggle, yet we do not give in,
"some days are good, some days are better", that's just how life is.
I love life, I love where I live and I like being me, I am the best at being me.
MAINTAIN A WINNING POSITION.

Stuart,
The WINNING POSITION is MOSTLY UPRIGHT. Figure in horizontal time for night time rest and occasional, delicious afternoon naps. I would be hard- pressed to use the term WINNING POSITION to describe my investment portfolio.
Cheers.
