JUST RAMBLING ON, A BUSY MAN HAS PLENTY OF SPARE TIME.

Hi journal,
I've come to talk to you again.
And why not says I.

"A busy man has plenty of spare time".
So the saying goes.

I have been quite busy of late,
to which I wonder at this saying.
There are just not enough hours in the day,
to satisfy my needs, of things I must do,
things I want to do and,
things I want to be doing.

My weekly pursuits are,
and have been for some time now,
tai chi, yoga, bowling at my 'over fifties club',
and group singing at my support group.

I cycle just about every day,
I love riding my bike,
I get so much enjoyment from this.

I do lots of walking,
the value of a good walk,
should not be underestimated.
I play guitar and I'm learning to play keyboards.
I don't play music, I just make noise. LOL

I attend my Parkinson's support group once a month.
I am to give a talk next month, the topic being,
"My experience both,
before/pre and, after/post undergoing,
DEEP BRAIN STIMULATION PROCEDURE.

Added to all this, is my maintaining of my gardens,
both front and rear, general housework etc,
together with grocery shopping.

On Saturdays I attend my, 'coffee club',
for a good chat and chinwag.

I am a member of a group which goes by the name of,
'LIKE MINDED PEOPLE', which offers a variety of
activities though out the year,
too numerous to mention here.

occasionally allow myself to watch TV,
yet only when I am bored. LOL

Somewhere amongst all this,
I somehow manage to find time to,
offer myself and take part as a study subject,
for university students and I volunteer myself,
for Parkinson's research,
both at university and city hospital.

Now somehow, I manage to comply to,
the university's request to give talks and lectures,
on Parkinson's Condition, to medical students.

As for exercise, well I haven't  the time. LOL
Still, I wouldn't want it any other way.
Happy days,
phew.

MAINTAIN A WINNING POSITION.
