Just out of hospital for 12 days
I had pneumonia and it was not MG related. The prednisone masked the symptoms so I was unaware I was so bad until I was almost respiratory failure.
I had weaned down to 17.5 of prednisone before the hospital. Was at 90 mg when I was worse. Now down to 40 mg. Will see the neuro on Friday to make sure I wean correctly.
Finally able to breathe today.
It's true when you can't breathe nothing else matters.

I am sorry you went through this. I can only imagine how scary this was. I am so happy to hear that you are breathing today. Hopefully this was a low and you are on the upbound with positive feeling. I send good thoughts your way. TJ
