my favorite colors are yellow and purple. My favorite food is macaroni and cheese. My favorite book is to kill a Mockingbird. I dream of traveling anywhere. My least thing I like about myself is my weight. The best thing I like about myself is my love of all people. I actually truly mean that. I a.m. committing this my journal because who knows what tomorrow will bring. Today has not been my best day. Alzheimer's disease is a secret one especially in my family. Everyone knows but nobody speaks. It does not bring families closer it only breaks them apart.

I am Very Proud that you felt that you wanted to put this in your Journal!!! As far as Mental disorders and families go..yes, some members are like ostriches, bury your head in the sand and it won\'t affect you....give \'em time they will come around especially if they think that they could wind up suffering from this Horrible, Dignity robbing disease...I think my Dear Mom had it but I\'ll never know because an autopsy was not done per my fathers request..??? I have hope that it CAN bring families together....
