Just For Today *Neato*

Looking around the yard and the river just today I really..really noticed that sharing this space supporting *us* with many living creatures, each offering a necessary ingredient that nurtures and sustains the continuation of a whole.    Every experience that involves one of *us*, also involves others who also need what the experience may teach.   Nature all around..         We are not alone, ever. I am traveling a path in concert with others whose needs are similar to my own.  I realized that I expect to discover joyous occasions and will undoubtedly be visited by grief in this travel. The latter is almost being erased by the knowledge that others, too, have known grief.     Joy, on the other hand, is doubled in intensity when I acknowledged the occasion..... giving birth to it and then celebrate it with others.  No day passes without giving *us* many occasions to shout for joy.         Too often, feeling alone and lonely, I close my eyes to the wonders that could excite.    The most fruitful lesson I have learned.. JUST FOR TODAY *Neato*... is that I have fellow-travelers among whom joy abounds and multiplies when shared...... My travelers here on DS have ensured that TODAY... I'll look for that bit o' joy in my life.  Fuckin' Neato!

\"among whom joy abounds and multiplies when shared\" Absolutely spot-on. I\'d be sitting here crying if I weren\'t \"with\" you guys laughing. {{{{{meddle}}}}}

Oh, and BTW, *neato* has an entirely new connotation to me now. Thank you for that.

I adore you playmate. I shared a party today with six dogs. How \"Neato\" was that? It was a mad crazy fun world, with my daughter at the center. I am such a blessed woman. I am so thankful to have found a friend like you to share this journey of wonderful discoveries.

This is neato, you are *neato* thanks for sharing this! At church today we did the whole \"I am the vine and you are the branches\" thing, very organic metaphor, very much about pruning, being entertwined, the vines needing the root, the root needing the vines (for purpose) ... religious or no, it\'s a powerful metaphor. And then after that at sunday school \"this is the day that the lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it\" - wow. I have some bad thought habits that need replacing with *neato* stuff I\'m realizing.

thanks Neato-Meddle!
