Just for Today ...
I came across a small leaflet with the title "just for today", and it gave me a wonderful insight. I should live throgh this day only, and not trying to tackle my whole life problem at once. This also means that I should have a plan just for today. This makes the whole thing manageable by defining small steps and by making it possible to improve by small steps. I start to realize that one of my underlying problems is striving for perfection, going along with a zero-fault aspiration. Whenever a minor shortcoming in my behavior or my achievements seems to appear I could not accept it, starting to reject, to bending it into shape again, and to ly, which always creates a lot of damage.
