Just feeling sad and depressed

I know most of how I'm feeling is made worse by the fact that I'm on my period and have got pretty bad cramps, like the worst I've had in awhile. Makes me want to cry and everything! I am also feeling frustrated that I just can't spend money and buy clothes and shoes like my younger sisters, I know its stupid, superficial and I shouldn't even be longing after stuff like that when I'm getting married and have to give up wants like that. But is so difficult to watch my sisters buying stuff all the time and I'm still in my last years and year before that clothes.
All I know is I want lots and lots and lots of CHOCOLATE and want to absolutely binge on a whole lot of junk food, but at the same time I want to lose weight so I could be 110 pounds because I feel I'd look much more fit and slim if I was that weight. I know, I know, I'm just being stupid and this is seriously my period talking.
Hope my fiance forms are done soon, because I feel the stress of waiting has driven me insane. Would be good to hug my fiance again and have him rub my tummy at this time, just got to remember won't be longer. Just need all the love I can get at the moment, hate it how my stupid period does this to me . Just a few more days it will be over.
For now there's always chocolate....
