Just Can't Shake It or Confused
You know, I know up here in Canada there's the first cold/bug of the season going around already & of course I came down with a whopper last week. I did try & do everything I could think of to help myself but some days life does get in the way & you just have to participate in life at that time. The last several days I was breathing freely a sigh of relief in that I could feel I was coming around & over the worst. Now as today wore on & now by this evening if I didn't know any better it's almost like I'm starting all over again. Aaaarrrgh!!!!! Has anyone of my lupus friends gone thru bugs in this way, where it just won't seem to let go of you completely. I just wish I could of think of something to do to help tackle this "thing" & send it on it's way. I mean, hello, I've got a life to live. OK, on a diff note. October 5th is approaching & at last I'll have the final decision on what will be done with my hip. I have to admit it seems so wonderful, the thought, of having one less body pain there to nag at me at the most inopportune times. Take good care everyone, love yourself & treat yourself as the special person you are.

Hi, yes, I have felt like some bugs just don\'t want to go away, especially the first one of the season! I\'ve read things like vitamin d tables and fish oil help us fight things off (or avoid them in the first place). my husband bought me that \"Wellness Tea\" -- i think it\'s from the Republic of Tea. I would probably drink that too. are you getting enough rest with the hip issue? that could be part of the problem. I look forward to hearing something positive about that on the 5th! = )
You sound like me my immune system is shot! I am always thinking if I get a cold it will develop in to phonemia or something. I will be praying for your quick recovery. You don\'t need to be sick.Did you go to the doctor\'s yet? Oct.5th around the corner... Wishing you all God\'s blessings. Love n hugs frieda
