Just Breathe
Change is ? ? ? Disorienting? Confusing? Capable of activating every emotion in the human emotional specrum in seeming random progressions? Tough to put into words?
Whatever the evers of those whats, the events, evolutions and expressions of this past week are intense with more variants that I can pinpoint, much less define and enumerate. *Just breathe* is my main mantra of the phase. The tight-wound accountant who set up my books for my 80's/90's computer graphics biz keeps popping into my mind during the anxious moments when I am tempted to the compulsive habit of needing definition for everything I survey. I wasn't the only technogeek on his client list attempting to do business in a field that bureaucrats had yet to legislate. When I fretted over what to call each row and column of my spreadsheets, he gently chided, "Do first. Define later."
Hubs's train should be chugging through Central Texas by now. Sis and I are making plans for another round of camping before she carries her granddaughters back to their mother in the Philadelphia metroplex and I head to my grandson's 3rd birthday party in the Central Texas metroplex. Dunno what to call ^it^ or which pieces of ^it^ to trust, but it sure feels different from anything I have yet to experience in this life. ^It^ feels even more exotic than the Putomayan school dedication ceremony. Hm-m-m-m. . . Could the weird little dizzy spells I have been experiencing be soroche flashbacks?
Small steps, big faith and lots of prayer. Just breathe.
