Just an update on life
Well, it is turning colder, and bitter outside. Winter has always been such a hard time for me, escpecially with the holidays, I always think of how it was to be able to spend it with my daddy! He was such an amazing man, he lost his battle to Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma Feb 8, 2008. So, its so hard to have the last Christmas picture hanging on our wall year round cause that is the last one we will ever have as a family. It breaks my heart. HE was never a quiter! He ended up having congestive heart failure due to the tumor weakening his organs and heart. They worked on him for over an hour and a half. I ask, why did this happen, and i know he isn't hurting, but dang he could be cured and living here watching us grow up. I went and eloped cause I couldn't imagine someone else walking me down the aisle. He was truely inspiration and a hero to many! Sorry to be all gloomy, it just helps to get it off of my chest. A lot of tears and heartache have been shed lately, and I have an amazing husband who supports me, and is there to cry on his shoulder! Death is such a hard thing to deal with, and lately so many are passing away, and it breaks my heart, to know the pain the family is going through. So to those on here who have lost someone special, I will pray for you, and I will listen when needed. Grieving is so hard, the 5 stages are sooo true. I never knew there were 5 stages till my dad died, and I was told what to expect in the days and months to come. It's truely hard. My friend's uncle hung himself the other night, and his 12 year old daughter found him, to me that is unbearable. For some reason that won't leave my head. I know what it is like to lose a father, but to be the one to find him, I think I would have went insane. So I pray for them, and his daughter very strongly. I know I kinda rambled, just feels good to get all of that off my chest. Like I said winter is sooo hard for me, so many pass away right around the holidays, and I think that reason alone, makes me anti-holidays at times.
