Just an update

Got to the Y today.  37 mins on treadmill.  (did not do weights today.)  Determined to get back on track again, both exercise and eating.  With the current stress situation, I need to really focus on getting my health back all around (physically and mentally.)  This includes regular exercise, eating better, hopefully losing some weight, better self confidence, ability to handle stress better, etc.  I ordered 3 new books yesterday at Amazon.com regarding dealing with Stress and panic attacks, all 3 focusing on different things.  One was called Open Focus-The Brain, and using the brain to control our bodies and paying attention to what we are thinking and feeling.  The 2nd is "Fearless" by Max Lucado, and is a faith based approach to dealing with stress and fear.  The third was a book on panic attacks (I forget the name but got like 600 5 star reviews on Amazon.com.)

I refuse to go down without a fight! HAHA! I did go to the Dr today and got prescription for Xanax, Lexipro and Lunestra (for sleep.) Dr told me to take the Lexipro every day and only take the Xanax when I feel a panic attack coming on. So wish me luck!

Good job on working toward focus, stress relief, exercise and diet. I think exercise and diet play a key role in how we feel emotionally, physically and mentally so those are definitely steps towards the self improvement you\'re looking for! Great job!
