Just an update

Went to the Y today- Zumba and upper body weights.  Somehow I am still at 150 lbs today.  Need to get this back under control.  So far, so good today.  Food is good, water is good, exercise is good. 
I am a little tired and a little hungry today.  Hopefully, a few days of getting back into the swing and the change in diet and I will feel better.  I have been eating, eating, eating these last weeks. 
Got over 10,000 steps yesterday.  Took the dog for a 45 minute walk.  It is very hot and humid here today.  I am going to go and download my steps for the rest of the month of April into my "Walking Group" log.  My goal was 105 miles.  Not sure if I got there but should be close.  The last few days of April were just really bad for me, physically and emotionally.  So regardless, Will shoot for 105 miles for May.

Great job on getting to the Y! Thanks for your comments on fb, greatly appreciated. Had a great day and legs aren\'t sore to bad. I think your doing amazing. We are hard on ourselves but that\'s what keeps us going! Have a great week and don\'t give up. I\'m right there every step of the way! Great job on those steps!!! Your doing fantastic!
