Just after scan....

So, Going back into that building for treatment is actually a lot more daunting than I expected. It brought back a lot of mixed feelings ..all of the hurt, anger disappointment frustration, fear, optimism, elation...all in one. The lady that did my scan is the same one who did the transfer when we got my son. I come from a smallish town and I happen to know her husband through my work....very small world. She is also the one who very off handedly told me I had PCOS  promptly walked out leaving me a complete mess. So we go back a bit and I harbour a lot of resentment towards her, but also so much gratitude for her getting it right last time around. Ugh I don't know why I wrote that, obviously still stings a bit. It was so ashamed of my behaviour then and I guess I still am. All I can hope for is that she sees so many people in a day that she forgets who I am...however working in a similar field, I know that is not necessarily the case. Anyway, I need to worry about myself and my own feelings now. Not anyone else's! Geez, I sound so selfish!
Ok so the scan was good, pending bloods which will be done in three days time, I should be having  transfer in 6 days' time...then it is the dreaded two week wait...which is only 10 days or so...but really it is the worst. Don't know what I am going to do to pass the time...suggestions welcome!

I totally understand the feelings of resentment towards the practitioners, and then guilt for my outbursts. I was so angry after my second egg retrieval that I yelled at the Dr that did the retrieval, and had to send her an apology e-mail. She wasn\'t my regular Dr. and I never see her, so the only way for me to apologize was through e-mail, and I still feel bad that I blamed her for not getting the number of eggs that I thought I should have. Anyway, I am not so good at staying positive and being encouraging, so I haven\'t been commenting on your journal entries much...I think we may have similar glass half empty personalities!
