Just A Nice Day
I had a nice day today. I started off by walking my two dogs. I just love being out in nature, so I don't mind having two dogs to walk. Of course I'll sing a different tune in the winter.
Anyhow, later in the day I went to one of those paint and drink parties. I hadn't painted anything since I was a child. It didn't turn out too bad and looked much better once I got it home. That's because the woman seated next to me had artistic talent while I look like I painted with my left foot. At any rate, it was soothing and I just know it knocked my blood pressure down a notch or two.

I have so many friends that have done those paint classes. I should try it I guess. What did you paint? I saw one friend\'s canvas that was white birch trees. It is hard to find things to make life enjoyable again and it seems like a struggle each day but when I \"do\", I feel better.
