Just a little update
Well, last weekend was the FIRST full moon in 8 months where I didn't have any neighbor problems - MAN, that was nice.... AND, I got word on Tuesday that the trust money has been sent. With mail delivery here being similar to that in Alaska, I'm checking the mailbox daily.... and still nothing. It's definitely testing my patience, as I've got lots of repairs I need to do before winter really kicks in and right now don't have the money to do it with.
It snowed here yesterday - just a dusting. I'm waiting for the pumpkin patch to start dying off so I can get it all pulled out and actually have a backyard again, lol. Halloween decorations are up - moving spider and spider web, scarecrows at the door and some where I park. I've got enough pumpkins to fill up my yard still, lol.
Darn X.... I've got a decision to make. He didn't show up with dog supplies last month. My son said he's probably in jail - found out yesterday he isn't. He went through all that money I gave him, and then had to borrow another $1000 from two payday loan places. JERK. My decision - contact him and start harassing him for the dog supplies and vet repayment? Or just let it go? I'm leaning more toward the let it go part, especially if my money comes in this week. I definitely would rather not having anything more to do with him.

You have SNOW already!! On my and it\'s going to be in the 80\'s here today. I\'m running around in a short sleeve shirt. I am so pleased to live where I do but then you think the same thing about your area.LOL
I\'m glad to hear you are not having trouble with the crazy neighbor. I had a neighbor who was always hanging over my fence and it was very uncomfortable to live there.
I\'m waiting on a check too and it should have been here by now. You are getting your money. YEA!! Good job on insisting that you wouldn\'t do what your aunt was suggesting. Now it\'s your money to do with as you wish.
Your ex? This is going to be a pattern with him. You just need to decide how much you want to let him disturb the life you are making for yourself. If the vet bills are large I would be inclined to at least try to get that money back. I can certainly understand letting this go. These contacts with my ex are not comfortable and I know you want nothing to do with your ex either. You have come so far and you will do what\'s right for you. :)

I know how you feel...I am waiting for money for braces payments made for the kids and still havent received it..I have been asking for months. I thought about letting it go but then I decided no...it could set a precedent. That is what worries me for you. He may think that he can continue to do this in the future so even though it may not be a lot of money..it is the principal that needs to be established here. So I do encourage you to continue to get the money from him for that reason alone. Although I would completely understand letting it go too. Sometimes the mental anguish of dealing with such things is the problem and I can see why you would want to just let it go as well. I guess I am not giving you the best advice since I totally see both sided...lol. Well...either way, I am sure you will do the right thing!
