just a little sad!
This weekend did not end up the way that it was suppose to we didn't get my step-daughter and I was sick my gerd is acting up again and not only that my blood pressure is sky high 182/118 I was given a blood pressure pill and it got my pressure down to 150/80 so I went in to see my doctor today and it was still high 155/100 so today I was put on blood pressure meds So do to the fact that my blood pressure is high I really don't think that it would be a good idea to try and get pregnant again right now when first off I need to take care of myself so that I can take care of Adrianna and my husband it would be totally unfair to try and get pregnant right now and put my health at risk knowing that I have a family that needs me so I was talking to my doctor about my sugar levels and my blood pressure and I let her her know that I can't understand I have a hard time eating three meals a day I'm lucky to get in one meal a day I really do need to start working out again but other then that it's really hard to understand why I'm having such a hard time losing weight and keeping my sugar and my blood pressure under control but it's my old friend PCOS rearing it's ugly head so I have to try and eat three healthy meals a day drink plenty of water and try and work out three to four times and week for at least 30 mins so that is what I'm going to do I'm really picky about what I eat so I going to look some things up online and try some new things so that I can try to get in three healthy meals I was looking at my husband and daughter in the doctors office and I was thinking that it took me so long to find a really good man and even longer to have the baby that I wanted so badly I'm not going to let anything sickness take me away from them if I can help it so PCOS you are on notice I'm going to do everything that I can to fight you off and get and stay healthy for the family that I have now and the family I want to have

I\'m so sorry you aren\'t feeling well. I know what you mean about trying to keep the sugars and blood pressure in check. Try to get that under control before ttc. You are young and have plenty of time to try. So if it takes 3-6 months to get everything in check so be it. BTW the dr switched my bp meds to norvasc and I saw a dramatic improvement in my bp numbers. Hugs and let me know if you need to talk.
