Just a goal update

Woo Hoo!  Got to the Y this AM.  Did 40 minutes on the treadmill.  5 minute jog @ 4.8 mph, 5 min walk @ 3.6 mph intervals.  Did 2.57 miles.  Also did upper body weights and abs and back for 25 minutes.  It was a little crowded there this AM and I hate having to wait for the weight machines.  I also did 5 minute stretch.  Feeling pretty good.
41 times for the year to the Y.  109 more to go if I want my frequent Y'er t shirt.  82 left to meet my end of year goal. 
Hoping my focus and energy level improve this week.  Shooting for another Y workout tomorrow.

You sound energized. Go for it. You are doing fabulous. You can get that tee shirt. you will get that tee shirt and make your goal.

As I always say, you amaze me! I feel pretty good. DH and I just did a mile walk around our neighborhood. We walk a few times a week but I said to him maybe we can walk every evening because I need to lose the 10 lbs. I gained during all the stuff I\'ve been going through. Yay for exercise! xo

All I have to say is U R AMAZING!!! Ur such a fighter Yvette! That\'s what I love about you. No matter what you fight and fight and you will WIN! Good luck at DR, hopefully they have answers!!! Your the best. With all that\'s going on, your doing awesome!!! Thanks for always being there!
