June 6, 2015 1 day after my 37th birthday

Hello again, just wanted to update how I have been feeling. Thursday and Friday, I felt pretty good. Then Saturday hit and I think I had been working to much and to hard out in the sun. I did not feel good all day. I woke up with a headache, laid back down at noon and slept till 7. still had a headache went back to bed at 10. It's 1120 now. I felt like crap all day yesterday. Toni and I think it may have been due to some heat exhaustion. We were supposed to go to Hillsboro to work yesterday, but there is no way that was going to happen. Some days I just don't know what to do. I wonder if I am going to be able to continue running my business. I hope tomorrow is better!
