jump to conclusion

Someone just responded to me with swearing. This makes me feel really bad. I thought that I was listening and encouraging. I guess that that person was not in a place to recieve. Now I feel shut down. I don't want to open/express, reach out to anyone again.  I am so angry at  that responder and her ignorance/meanness. I wish everyone could see how mean she was & for what reason?? I am just so irritated!
