This week has been Ben's worst since the onset of MG.  He cannot swallow anything today, not even his meds.  He is choking up thick phlegm, and is exhausted.  I do not know what to suggest.  Fortunately, it has not affected his breathing yet, but I fear that is soon to come.  I only wish for someone to help me, to know what to do, and when to push for hospitalization.
