July update
I have been away from DS for a long time.
Seems like I get involved in something & my world shrinks to only that project.
The last couple months I've been focusing on outside things, since it is nice outside.
Working in my gardens, takes up most of my time. I do a little at a time & rest in between.
At least I can sit down while I pull weeds :-)
And my hubby & I are proud new parents to 12 young chickens. Sounds crazy but they are so much fun to watch & they help make the compost for my gardens. Fresh eggs are getting so expensive, we figured why not grow our own. The oldest chickens started laying eggs last week (med size brown eggs). The little girls are Easter Eggers and will lay green, blue or pink eggs - what a trip. I got the babies on a whim, we were checking out a newly opened store nearby and they were selling out the last of thier babies. They were so cute & colorful (kinda look like pheasants). So I just had to add to our little flock.
