Whew! It was hectic on the 4th and it is because Brad came home from work release and he was really tired.I was bushed.I have been taking care of the house and the cats and the bills.Brad told me that there will be no more drinking and this time he means it.If he is caught again..that means he goes to jail for one year and I cannot survive in this house for one year without him and since all of my crowd is gone,I have here in seattle and I do mean absolutely noone that I can talk to now.Right now,I need a part time job and it is impossible in seattle.There is an age thing here and some of the companies here do not hire anyone over 50.Microsoft is one.I know that it is illegal.,but they get away with it and there is nothing to be done.The courts here are fill with the age discrimintation suits.Some of them will take years before they are heard.I have decided not to bother.I wont.In fact,the thought of me getting up in the morning and get dressed and such is just a big stress for me.I do not have the clothes now.I no longer wear dresses.I wear mostly jeans and other stuff like that.I have moved here 4 times and almost every time I had an abundance of clothes that I have given away and some are in storage.I do not use them.My last friend relocated back to Michigan.The rent in his place just went up to 200.00 and there is just no way he can afford the rent because he lives my himself.One property manager told me that after this year..it will be it.He is selling the building and making it in condos.He has had it with the evications and such and some of these people have been breaking leases.One couple in his building moved back to Montana.I felt sorry for them.They were a very young couple and I do know that the both of them did not get along with the parents.She was a teacher and where she was enrollment was down.We had very severe budget cuts because of that idiot GW and this school is going to be closed.When they close a school..they are suppose to find another job for you..but they did not and now she is faced paying loans and such.He had the same thing happen to him.Seattle can be a very cruel town.When you relocate here or any where you must learn to take the good with the bad and learn that other people just do not think the way that you do.SO they moved back to Montana and from what I hear...there are no jobs in this town that he is from.And they are very unhappy.My friend Van moved to Wyoming of all places.You see,he wasnt feeling good and when he came to work,he fainted.He developed a seizure disorder and the doctor recommened to him a warm climate.But Wyoming! What is there! The winters there are cold and I mean freezing and you need a car in order to get around.I hope that he is well.And last night,I saw the fireworks from my porch and they were wonderful! Frank would have liked them.Here is looking at you.,Bubba!
