july 3 i didn''t make it to church because of the previous day. my hips and knees kept me up all night. i wanted to get some pain meds but i was scared i might fall. So one of my friends suggested putting them by my bed, but they are not child lock caps so i am going to ask the pharmacy for a empty bottle and label it so i can keep it by my bed. so much pain but i did rebound that evening and spent some time with my son. we downloaded a cd on my notebook computer and he showed me how to put them on my PSP. He is such a good kid. gotta go and write my next journal....huggggs susan

What are you taking for pain, by the way? I hope that you sleep well tonight. It is nice that your son is helpful and takes time with you. I wish my son were like this! Oh well, we each have our own world of good and bad. Hugs. Neesie
he spent 3 hrs with me putting music on my PSP and taught me how to do it.. so i tried yesterday and got stuck he taught me how to get an album put together instead of one by each artist all over the place so i am learning but it is frustrating but will be worth it. i take tramadol. i am getting low though andi don\'t know if my dr will refill it. keep your fingers crossed
