Journaling
I have been writing a journal for years. It is not online, but on my computer. I lost a few months once when I had a laptop stolen from me, but I got that laptop from an ex and so I am glad it is gone now. Sometimes, I save it on my mail. I should go back through that stuff and look at my life before the MS, but I don't want to remind myself of my life before. Background pictures on my desktop remind me of times in my life when I did this or that. I should be glad that I got to do those things before this happened to me. I used to really live, now my life is quite different. When the sun goes down, I can't see a thing and I need help getting around. I hate that. I have lived my entire life being quite independent.

I could write in a journal, but right now I would not have very nice things to say. Maybe I should write down my emotional pain, but I am afraid that if I do it might somehow come back into my life somehow and I try, with all of this, to be emotionally strong.
I think journaling is healthy...I enjoy yours and get a lot out of them. Thank you :) I can relate to so much of what you\'re saying btw...
