"Sure. I'll have a beer.
lol.
had today completely planned and the whole thing got messed up. a can't stay in anything that is close quarters like a condo, apartment or hotel, though they stayed at one yesterday. his son has Asperger and throws tantrums. so hours spent finding places for them was pointless. maryd was heartless and sadistic with it and suggested they pitch a tent at an rv park or live at a salvation army. maryd is one of those people who only works/helps for cash, she used to be an accountant before she got old. wonder if that is why her granddaughter changed her mind about living at her house during college? she is going to college local. i didn't ask. i was just realllly surprised how casually harsh she is. almost mean. not one sound of concern in her voice at all. wow! richardk is the only other person i know of who is like that. he is a union guy, and only works for money, even at work, he won't go the extra mile with anything ever, unless he is paid to do it and NEVER does any charity work at all. its come up before and maryd will say, so do you think we are going to hell. actually, that is what i think. lol. she helped out her daughter when her daughter got lupus, but i have a feeling that if i bother to ask, there is more to it. don't really want to know.
him staying at a hotel when he's strapped for cash or looking for an extended stay hotel (unless your company is paying for it) doesn't make any sense when you have no idea when or even if they will finish his mobile home and what if they give him a hard time getting the deposit back? then he has to sue them. what a pain in the ass. i told him not to buy one that wasn't done yet, but he said there was nothing else there for sale. i found a house in a different town that is a 2/2 for $500 per month, he may want to at least take a look at it. especially if there is an option to buy, but he claims to only want that one town where the mobile is for the schools for his son(grandson). the whole reason they left south florida was to stay away from any bad element. he claims even if you are working in the parks department there are still gangs and drugs and he had to carry a gun etc. so i guess park ranger, is similar to coast guard, you cover this humongous territory with very little back up and you still need weapons. i always thought both jobs would be really pretty and full of nature. maybe not.
so, the whole day was blown. i had to call rn to see if she can pet sit his dogs. i had to pick up his dogs at 8 a.m. and bring them to rn. a runs late all the time probably because he lives so far from here and also he is always travelling either west of here or back to south florida to see his stepdaughter. he says he misses the beauty of south florida. a LOT of people say that, usually about the keys. the sunsets are unreal and the parks in the keys that aren't ruined yet are still beautiful. the new chiropractor was talking about that today. (she's also in financial straits living in an apartment because she was on work study on financial aid while in chiro school, and she still owes the 8000 per QUARTER that it costs to go to school there (over 100,000). she should probably buy an apartment building to pay it off. seriously. 2/3 of the rent paid by the tenants count as income for the new buyer, she might be able to do it, as long as the building she buys is 100% occupied and her credit is good.
so picked up his dogs and brought them to rn. had brunch at rn's, steak and eggs and orange juice (homemaker - the good one), my treat. the same thing happened again. i got super sick off the food? don't know. the only time i don't get sick if i have anything to eat at rn's house, is if its from a box and i heat it up over there myself. its very strange - she also seems stressed when people are eating, though lots of people aren't big on entertaining. just odd. reminds me of p, because p will mix old food with new and people get sick off of it. so you learn not to eat there. but the stuff at rn's i had just bought unless she has something weird in her salt shaker, you never know with people. seriously. she puts pepper on everything, most people ask first, and i thought it was the pepper making me sick. said this to j and he insists its not because restaurants do that sometimes and no illness follows. so the day ended there mostly - went home to sleep, felt sick and then went to the doctor.
the dogs are really cute. the bigger one, a boy, around 13 pounds? is age 3 and the little one, a girl, around 5 pounds is under a year. they are chihuahua and chihuahua mix (i think the big one is mixed with dachshund - its black). rn says the animals had a good time all day. got along well with the other animals, even the little one that had never seen a cat before and is smaller than the cats - it was super scared when it first got there and then started running around the yard like crazy. the big one must have known cats at some time in his life because he was very happy to play with them and wagging his tail right away. we switched their food to Purina-one small bits because their coats didn't look good and i called a to tell him that they need to get fixed. i'll call a clinic over here and to clear it with his wife. the big one needs to be fixed right away. rn only charges $5 per day to pet sit, so he got a deal. then as i was leaving rn's, i got a call from kathleen enright's "brother in law" (the guy who goes with her sister). kathleen DIED last week. wth? what a year this is, one thing after the other. she is the one that lives in an apartment house up the road where the guy never raises the rent and doesn't rent to strangers at all. her apartment was a 2/2 and she only paid $400 per month on it water included. she had been there for over 20 years. he only rented to her and his sister who is a dentist locally and himself in that building and its a five story. lol. but he didn't live there all the time, he owns real estate all over the place. he has stuff at each piece of real estate and goes to sales and accumulates more stuff. i said to her, why doesn't he just open a store and he can rent out more apartments? she said he has already done that and hated it. he doesn't want tenants at all and he doesn't want to sell the stuff he buys. lol. people are so nuts. he bought his real estate so long ago that the taxes etc., are very low and the tenants he does have handle all the cosmetic stuff themself. its PRIME real estate too, right near the ocean. wow!
"You never listen to me, you only hear what you want to hear.

my whole life is like that joke on the top. lol.
their cat is from edna as a kitten, rn thought it was her\'s because its 3 or 4 years old, but i don\'t know about saying something to e because she is always the last one standing. she out lived her husband and most of her children. she says every time she regroups because everyone is gone, it happens again and the next bunch is gone. whenever she does an adoption she says, now you will think they will outlive me, but it never happens that way. lol. amazing. now here it is again! she has a grandchild (none of the people in that building have grandchildren at all, they just live any way they want), but her grandchild isn\'t around here, i think they are in ocala, near the villages.
today is saturday, october 17 - so joedp calls me and i call him back and i get kathleen\'s sister. the sister is the sick one who can\'t get disability. she had had several surgeries - a few at the local hospital on her stomach that were done WRONG and then a better hospital had to do MORE surgeries on her stomach to undo the adhesions that formed from the botched surgeries. with all this she can\'t get disability? wth? kathleen was on disablity from a car accident and wanted to use her own doctor for hip surgery, except he is with the bad hospital. check this out, she went into the bad hospital anyway, so she could stay with her own doctor. wth? she has fulllll insurance WHY do that? kathleen\'s sister says, k died 4 days ago. the hospital won\'t say how she died, whatever it was it had NOTHING to do with the hip surgery (which was NEVER done) wth? they better get a lawyer! she wants an autopsy done and they won\'t release the body. wth? then they requested a copy of kathleen\'s LEASE from where she lived. her original LEASE is from 20 years ago. most leases have a month to month clause in them after the first year or two. so they call her former landlord and he is like, i don\'t have that. why would he. so then she will need what, cancelled checks. her sisters, there are two of them, are her next of kin, why is the hospital being such assholes about it. sounds to me, like they are covering something up? except i know when jmy died in 2007 we never found out cause of death at all and i think they did a coroner\'s report, isn\'t that an automatic thing. never realized death was such a complicated thing. and why make something complicated when people are so upset to begin with.
her sister who retired in canada. WHY would anyone choose to retire where its freezing? is down here today cleaning out the apartment. so joedp wanted me to know the animal is hiding. he says his neighbor\'s cat died 3 weeks ago but they already got another one. i told him to see if they could have the cat outside or can he have it outside since he is afraid to have his disabled dog with it. his dog is ten years old, seems to me, since the cat likes him and knows him it is best to stay with him. i suggested he keep it on his screened in porch with a cat door to go outside when it wants to. he says to me that kathleen never let it outside. so what? its going to be outdoors anyway. e keeps her cats outside, most people who feed strays do that outside.
her apartment is paid and the landlord isn\'t rushing anyone. he\'s not going to rent it after its cleaned out anyway. he\'ll probably fill it with more things that he finds at the sales he goes to. seriously. joedp has a house one block in from the intracoastal on the opposite side of here, about two miles away. he hates coming over here though. don\'t understand why he is making such a drama of it. its one animal. i would just let it stay on the screened in porch and put in a cat door. if his pit bull is ten years old and disabled it won\'t be around that much longer. or at least ask the neighbor across the street, i\'m sure they will say yes. but that is what is happening today. so the reason they haven\'t done the obit or anything is because they haven\'t even released the body yet. wth? and since she wasn\'t sick, except for needing hip surgery, HOW did she die? that hospital has more \"mistakes\" and death from mistakes than probably anywhere else in the country. seriously.
