JOKE/PHOTO: CROWDS PANIC as flooding threatens Ireland//

"CROWDS PANIC AS FLOODING THREATENS IRELAND..."  lol.
when life gets tough, drink a beer.  lol.

everyone is sick lately with flu.  the hospitals around here claim its packed.  kvk was ill and home in bed from it for several days.  hope i don't get it.
had dinner at k's.  "the menu selection for this evening is:  crab quiche, chicken divan, mai tai mixer, with rum and orange juice concentrate with vodka (instead of triple sec, that actually works?)  various vegetables and salad and white zinfandel wine.  i'm so spoiled.  its amazing he can make all this stuff.  the quiche was perfect.  couldn't have been better.
he's still doing the giant meat portions, so i'm going to have to start cutting it in half and just put it back in the fridge before we actually eat.  this other way the dogs get it.  i rather have bigger portions of greens.
i have suzanne somers book knock out about doctors who are "curing cancer" and her recommendations instead of chemo or drugs etc.  i'm going to put excerpts on here.  she really is amazing and she writes beautifully.  she's against all of what they do in usa for illness in general and says we are all "pharmaceuticalized" and the side effects from the medicines are actually MAKING us sick and cancerous.  wow!
its super cold here, around 47 at night and will be like this for about ten days.  discovered if i take extra blood pressure meds i could deal with the customer from hell.  next time i'm actually going to drop everything and handle the evil, because extra days with my blood pressure spiking wasn't worth the danger to my health.  from what i hear she has done all of this before.  shows you what stress does.  i get my animal back and feel better IMMEDIATELY.  like a miracle.
discovered a new savealot which was cool.  they actually have a $3 per bottle wine area (its half price), and avocados for $1.25.  i love finding deals.  too cold out to do much else.  w bought a jeep for the beach, so he's working on that lately.

W ow, the meal sounds fine to me. I wish I knew someone who loved to cook like that. I made stuffed peppers last night, I have not made them in years, they turned out great, and lots of left overs too.

Love the picture too.

Been cool here too. The flu bug not too bad here. We have the stomach flu bug, it takes about a week to get over that.

Never been in a Savealot store, we don\'t have them.

Have a great week. XXOO

the closest i come to stuffed peppers is michelina beef and peppers on rice (frozen), which are great, but i bet homemade is even better.

n.w. 7th avenue in miami has one. they claim save a lot has been in florida for 25 years. there used to be a couple of save a lots in pompano area, one was a really big store, so its probably a different one....i don\'t remember it down there either. maybe someone should open one. all the cheapie stores are doing well.
