Made an extra $15 that day, had i gone to the mall earlier, she said they also had a taste tester for $25 to taste pasta parm and give an opinion (the "opinions" are on laptops and generally take 20 minutes or more to complete) whatever they say it will be is generally double the time. i love doing those. unfortunately at that time of the day we were having lunch at a buffet. grrrr. ran into mg there with his restaurant buddy who works at the university. mg sits near the entrance watching for people he knows coming in. didn't expect to see him at all. i'm the opposite in a restaurant i'm either rushed on a break and near a tv watching the news with all the other people on breaks, or i'm in a booth somewhere. mg's wife won't go to restaurants much she goes out to the dance places for ballroom 3 afternoons and evenings per week and he won't go to that. those two crack me up. passing ships in the night really. so he had to get a restaurant buddy. i think he eats out every day.j doesn't want to go to the buffet anymore anyway. he has pre-diabetes and it didn't go away yet. mg also has diabetes in addition to his heart attacks. old age is strange. they are both in their early and late 50's. j says its a waste of money. i don't agree. steak and eggs (t-bone) is $12 at waffle house or just about anywhere. even if its half as much as a t-bone at the buffet that is $6, and a plate of shrimp with cocktail sauce, frozen from the grocery and figure half of that is $3.50 or more (that alone is the cost of the buffet with tax) everything else is just tasters or extra and there is dessert if you like their ice cream or pastries. have a feeling unless the girls are here and want to go he's not going to budge. i'll have to look for vegetarian cafes now. salad is healthier anyway.the $15 i made was for watching a new pilot called notorious and then giving my opinion on it. the main character "jake" is worth watching. the rest was kind of fast paced, but okay for a pilot. was very surprised they had any of this going on. i thought i was getting too old to be put into anything that needs to be surveyed or judged. those things are generally skewed for people in their 20's and 30's - even 40 is pushing it.then i went for my head, neck and shouldermassage, its free every 11thmassageand this was the 11th. i had my favoritemassageguy except he was talkingto the othermassagewoman the ENTIRE TIME which actually causes stress and is annoying and sucks. don't you have any manners mister. they were gossiping in their oriental language.
