JOKE: haunted ELEVATOR VIDEO FUNNY//jacuzzi and a movie//pet supply shopping//dinner at k's

FUNNY!  Haunted elevator.  CLICK the photo and it will take you to facebook to view it.  its funny.

i'm very behind on actual journals, i've mostly been posting jokes and things from facebook.  a former co-worker/friend died.  its on the journal before this one, so kind of out of it "adjusting" and talking to this one and that one, which always brings up more stuff, like sweeping out from under a rug.  wow!

went to jacuzzi and a movie.  yay!  needed to do that.  so accustomed to going.  saw "here comes the boom" with kevin james, it was good but far-fetched.

and part of jack the giant slayer and  madea's family reunion with tyler perry (i have never seen this one all the way through, and AGAIN i didn't get to see the whole thing.  grrrr!)

saw rn briefly.  she adopted out the puppy instead of keeping it.  hope it works out.  and then brought her dog food for rescue from denise.  have to remember to do that only when denise is around and i always forget and when i remember to check over there, anything that is large and opened is always gone.  haven't been down there in a while, but it worked itself out anyway.

the belts on my right front tire broke and the rim is bent and there was a "bubble" or bump in that tire.  not good.  instead of fixing it, the customer service manager guy stood there telling me about life in camden county, nj where he used to be from.  grrrrrr.  i had gotten a wheel alignment because i thought that was what was pulling/shaking on the car from the car accident and i have lifetime wheel alignments on my car.   he shows me which tire is messed up and then ends the conversation there.  wtf?

i went to my real mechanic the next day and he says, there is also a bubble or bump in the tire and it could blow and that is what is causing the pull and shake, so drive slowly and replace it.  would have been nice if the other guy let me know that.  grrrrr.   though its bad timing to do any fixing on the car when i'm shopping for another car.
so i went to one of those places that has both used and new tires and got a tire, balance and mount for $35.  yay.  the car is perfect again.  will really miss this car.   it friggin GLIDES down the road.

the woman who just adopted from us, used to be in the car parts business for toyota and honda in gainesville (she hates northeast florida.  she says there is TONS more work in gainesville.  she moved here with her mother because her brother was sick and then he died).  sounds like she feels stuck here.  she says that toyotas are bulletproof and to just stick with it.  honda has expensive parts once things start breaking.  so that is two people telling me that.

i started making a list of what i haven't tried with automobiles.   i haven't done an suv and i haven't had a red car.  never wanted either one.  so i can either stick with the kinds of things i normally go for or do one of the above as something different.

went to k's for dinner.   we ate late because i was running late all day.  still am.   soaked in the tub for my back.   we had pork in gravy which was excellent and veggies and peach smoothies with gin - which are as good as it gets.  coffee with bailey's irish cream.   we watched inspector gently which both of us like now - before i was falling asleep during it.   the scripts are complicated instead of a bunch of special effects which is mostly what you get with american movies/tv.  (they are selling antennas nowadays for a one time fee of $79 and then you get 40 satellite stations for FREE on your television.  our area is having a meeting about this).
went to the spa three times, that is good, i'm aiming for daily, so i'm getting there.   its that much nicer in there when its rainy and cold out (though today it was 75 outside  and sunny.  yay!)   i need to find an indoor pool that is 85 and can buy a membership.

talked to n because of the bt dying and n tells me that ch (his mother) had/has bipolar with schizophrenia. that is why when his mother was away for a few weeks, n got a job right away and started getting a\'s in school. big difference. what is AMAZING with that is his mother is a nurse and still works in a hospital. its like the guy we have here with the same thing. if they can do their job its okay. except his mother regularly stops her meds for no reason and then starts bouncing off the walls. have no idea what its like to grow up with that. and i had no idea n had to go through all of this. sounds to me like his mother should have had visitation only and he would have been better off staying with the grandmother since she was willing. i am STUNNED that i didn\'t know this 15 years ago. so something else i should have know, though back then, i still had school things -- i wouldn\'t have wanted more info. no space for it in my brain. seriously.

I\'m so sorry to hear about your friend dying. Who can understand what anyone does these days? People hide things they\'re not proud of, and then act based on those things, and us outsiders can only wonder. Your spa sounds wonderful! Hope you manage to get there more often! *HUGS*

I\'m sorry about your friend 38. Loss is loss. It hurts. I know you\'re feeling it. Time truly does help!! But the memories are there. It\'s hard to lose someone when you have unanswered questions. I guess it\'s just the knowing that you\'ll probably never understand! The finality of it all. Difficult concept to grasp, and I don\'t think that most of us think much about death till we lose someone. We just kinda hate to think about it, because it\'s a part of life that we will all have to face!

Gonna take a look at your video up there. Hope you are able to smile!! xoxo
