Job update

Well as I previously told you guys tht I was offered the job at Emily Bissell hospital but had to wait until my background check went through. Well I recently recieved a letter from the police dept tht I had no conviction in state file so I thought I was good. But today I recieved a phone call from the HR place at this job asking me fro details about my criminal conviction in North Carolina. I then explained it to her and how it was my first year of college and somethin little. She then told me tht she has to summarize it and send it to her boss who is on vacation til monday. So he wont even get this summary until then, which means more time of me not getting this job. So now I have to wait longer to get the job tht i kinda want.
But on the other hand I had another which my sister set up at her hospital they kinda offered me this job. The HR lady said tht my tenative start date would be monday the 24th and new empoloyee orientation is june 12th.  so I went in and filled out all the paperwork and took the drug test and gave blood but they handed me a piece of paper saying do not start or come in until I hear from somebody telling me  when and where to come in. I still havent heard from her yet so I still dont have an offer or start date for either. I've been praying that I hear something from one or the other preferbly Emily Bissell Hospital.
